 Career Highlights

Mr. Bogle is a globally recognized expert in corporate real estate outsourcing for major corporations and successfully transitioned hundreds of millions of square feet of corporate user space into third-party, outsourced environments.  As a result of these efforts have reduced corporate operating expenses by over $2B over the past 15 years.  Mr. Bogle has been published in every major publication in the industry including The Corporate Real Estate Journal, CoreNet’s The Leader magazine and cited as an expert in numerous other publications including The Wall Street Journal and the New York Times. 

·        Hired by Ernst & Young to lead the Corporate Real Estate practice, based in NYC, primarily focused on assisting clients in identifying cost reduction opportunities in their portfolios and outsourcing to third-party providers for clients such as McGraw-Hill, Thomson (now Thomson-Reuters) , Verizon, Los Alamos Nuclear Laboratory;

·        Created the Real Estate Outsourcing Institute and published the first definitive survey on the results of real estate outsourcing:  Corporate Real Estate Outsourcing: 10 Years Later in conjunction with CoreNet and Columbia University;

·        Appointed Partner at E&Y in 2003 and relocated to Atlanta, and was later hired by CBRE as Executive Managing Director with responsibilities including Global Account Management (140 corporate accounts), Global Facilities Management managing 180+ million square feet and developing strategic solutions for large corporate accounts.  During this period as one of four global leaders of the business profits increased within our business unit (Global Corporate Services) 30% each year in successive years;

·        Innovation Team I led at CBRE developed both MarketStrike and PIQ, two of CBRE’s most innovative client service solutions

·        Joined JLL as Regional Director & Principal with responsibility for developing global solutions for large corporate clients, and chaired the global committee for market-based technology tool development and sat on the global committee reviewing strategic acquisitions which resulted in the purchase of Staubach, Real Estate Services, Inc.

·        Hired by Studley, Inc., in 2009 to develop a corporate solutions platform including project management, strategic consulting, transaction management and portfolio lease administration. In less than 5 years this practice generated well in excess of $100 million in contract-based fee revenue across multiple services.  In coordination with the European subsidiary, also pursued and won global transaction management accounts.  Clients include Accenture, Time Warner, Inc., Morgan Stanley, Computer Associates, Canon USA, Verisk Analytics, Pitney Bowes, and FedEx among numerous other firms

·        In 2013 published: Corporate Real Estate Outsourcing: 20 Years Later in The Leader, CoreNet’s global publication

·        Directly involved in advising on $1B+ of real estate transactions in past two decades

Jeremy Menkhaus

Jeremy M. Menkhaus joined Apogee Advisors in 2014. Prior to joining Apogee Advisors, Jeremy worked as an Associate and Senior Associate at Brockway Moran & Partners in Boca Raton, FL. At Brockway Moran, Jeremy evaluated new platform investments and worked to construct, assess and assist in executing strategic growth plans for Woodstream Corporation, Crisis Prevention Institute and The Winebow Group. He also helped oversee all capital markets activity on behalf of these portfolio companies.

Jeremy was previously an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of Wells Fargo Securities, advising companies on both the sell- and buy-side across a range of industries. He worked on transactions involving The GEO Group, Volcom, Discovery Foods and The Crane Group Companies.

Jeremy graduated magna cum laude with a BSBA with a major in Finance and a minor in Chinese from Georgetown University.

Carrie Kelsey, Graphics/Analyst Consultant

Ms. Kelsey is an honors graduate of Columbia University with a BS degree and has significant experience in logistics planning and project administration and management.  She is proficient in a variety of software tools and will support the analytical portions of this engagement and the preparation of client deliverables.
